Anonymous - I buy and sell a lot of properties and for me having a realtor with a strong network and a great reputation with other realtors, brokers, title offices, and inspectors is critical for a smooth transaction. That's Cindy. She knows all aspects of the buy/sell transaction and can deliver. She's not one of those "list it and leave it" type of realtors (the type that lists your house and then does little more than hope someone else brings a buyer...personally can't stand those lazy type of realtors. Cindy isn't like that.)
From my experience, there's only a hand full of genuine real estate agents in the area who have your best interest in mind, and Cindy is one of them.

During our search we encountered homes that needed work and others that didn't, but no matter the condition she was able to reveal the potential in every house. She does more than show of a polished gem, she's able to find a true diamond in the rough. She's honest when things don't look manageable she'll be the first to say so. She has taken us on tours of many homes while continuing to look for homes that we would desire to be in! I don't know many Realtors who are as knowledgeable as Cindy is, she's a rare breed of person who can show you how to make a dream home come true.
